Terms of Service
Last updated: September 4, 2026
1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) govern your access to and use of the TrueFlow website, dashboard, software, integrations, and related services (collectively, the “Service”) operated by TrueFlow (“TrueFlow”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).
By accessing or using the Service, creating an account, starting a trial, or otherwise indicating your acceptance of these Terms, you agree to be legally bound by them. If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not access or use the Service.
If you use the Service on behalf of a company, organization, or another legal entity, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms. In such case, “you” and “your” refer to both you and the entity you represent.
2. Description of the Service
TrueFlow is a business analytics and management platform designed primarily for product businesses and e-commerce companies. The Service may provide tools for product business accounting, profit tracking, unit economics, ROMI, CPL, advertising analytics, reporting, and related business operations.
The Service may also provide integrations with third-party platforms and systems, including advertising platforms, CRM systems, call centers, analytics tools, and other services supported by TrueFlow from time to time.
We may add, modify, improve, suspend, or discontinue individual features of the Service at any time. Where reasonably practicable, we will provide notice of material changes that substantially affect the functionality of the Service.
3. Eligibility and Account Registration
You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account or using features that require registration. You are responsible for keeping your account information current and accurate.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity carried out through your account. You must promptly notify us if you believe that your account has been accessed without authorization or that your credentials have been compromised.
You may not create an account using false information, impersonate another person or entity, or use the Service for fraudulent or unlawful purposes.
4. Free Trial
We may offer a free trial or other limited access period to allow users to evaluate the Service before purchasing a subscription.
The duration, functionality, limitations, and eligibility requirements of any free trial may vary and will be communicated during registration or on the relevant pricing page.
Unless otherwise stated, a free trial does not create an obligation for TrueFlow to provide unlimited or permanent free access to the Service.
5. Subscriptions and Payments
Certain features of the Service may require payment of a subscription fee or other applicable charges. Current pricing, billing periods, and included functionality are presented on the TrueFlow website or within the Service.
By purchasing a paid plan, you authorize TrueFlow or its applicable payment provider to charge the selected payment method for the applicable fees.
Unless otherwise stated, subscription fees are charged in advance for the applicable billing period. Paid subscriptions may automatically renew if recurring billing is enabled for your plan.
You are responsible for providing accurate billing information and for ensuring that payments can be successfully processed.
We may change our pricing from time to time. Any price changes affecting an existing subscription will be communicated in advance where required by applicable law.
6. Cancellation and Refunds
You may cancel your subscription in accordance with the cancellation options available through the Service or by contacting our support team.
Unless otherwise required by applicable law or expressly stated in a separate offer, cancellation will prevent future renewals but does not automatically entitle you to a refund for the current billing period.
We may issue refunds at our discretion or where required by applicable law, payment provider rules, or the terms of a specific offer.
7. Acceptable Use
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not:
- use the Service for unlawful, fraudulent, deceptive, or abusive activities;
- attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, accounts, systems, or networks;
- interfere with or disrupt the operation, security, or availability of the Service;
- introduce malware, malicious code, or other harmful material;
- reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code of the Service, except where expressly permitted by applicable law;
- copy, reproduce, resell, lease, sublicense, or commercially exploit the Service without our prior written authorization;
- use automated systems to access or collect data from the Service in a manner that is not expressly authorized;
- use the Service in a way that violates the rights of third parties or applicable laws and regulations.
8. Your Data and Content
You retain ownership of the business data, information, files, records, and other content that you submit to or process through the Service (“Your Content”).
You grant TrueFlow a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, store, process, transmit, and otherwise use Your Content solely to the extent necessary to provide, maintain, secure, and improve the Service and to fulfill our obligations under these Terms.
You are responsible for ensuring that you have all necessary rights, permissions, and lawful bases required to provide and process Your Content through the Service.
You must not upload or process personal data, confidential information, or other protected information through the Service unless you have the appropriate legal basis and authorization to do so.
9. Third-Party Integrations
The Service may allow you to connect third-party accounts and services, including Meta, CRM systems, advertising platforms, analytics tools, and call center systems.
When you enable an integration, you authorize TrueFlow to access and process the data made available through that integration according to the permissions you grant and the configuration of the relevant third-party service.
Third-party services are operated independently from TrueFlow and may have their own terms, privacy policies, security practices, availability, and limitations. TrueFlow is not responsible for the acts, omissions, policies, availability, or performance of third-party services.
You are responsible for maintaining the necessary permissions and authorizations for any third-party accounts connected to the Service.
10. Business Analytics and Accuracy of Information
TrueFlow provides analytical, reporting, and business management tools intended to assist you in evaluating your business operations and performance.
Calculations, reports, metrics, forecasts, recommendations, and other information generated by the Service are based on the data and configuration available to the Service and are provided for informational and business management purposes only.
You are solely responsible for verifying the accuracy and completeness of your data and for any business, financial, accounting, tax, advertising, or operational decisions made based on information provided by the Service.
TrueFlow does not provide accounting, tax, legal, investment, or financial advice through the Service.
11. Intellectual Property
The Service, including its software, design, interface, trademarks, logos, graphics, text, documentation, features, and underlying technology, is owned by or licensed to TrueFlow and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Subject to these Terms and your payment of applicable fees, TrueFlow grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable right to access and use the Service during the applicable subscription period.
No ownership rights are transferred to you under these Terms.
12. Confidentiality
Each party agrees to take reasonable measures to protect confidential information received from the other party and to use such information only for purposes related to the provision or use of the Service.
This obligation does not apply to information that is publicly available, independently developed, lawfully received from a third party, or required to be disclosed by law.
13. Privacy and Personal Data
Your use of the Service may involve the processing of personal data. Our collection and processing of personal data are described in our Privacy Policy and Personal Data Protection .
By using the Service, you acknowledge that personal data may be processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws.
14. Service Availability
We aim to keep the Service available and reliable, but we do not guarantee that it will always be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or available at any particular time.
The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, technical failures, security incidents, internet or infrastructure problems, third-party service failures, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
15. Disclaimer of Warranties
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
We do not guarantee that the Service will meet every business requirement, produce particular financial or commercial results, or operate without interruptions or errors.
To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement, except where such warranties cannot legally be excluded.
16. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, TrueFlow and its owners, officers, employees, contractors, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, business opportunities, data, goodwill, or anticipated savings arising from or related to your use of the Service.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the total aggregate liability of TrueFlow arising out of or relating to the Service or these Terms will not exceed the amount you paid to TrueFlow for the Service during the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable law.
17. Indemnification
To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless TrueFlow and its representatives from claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and reasonable expenses arising out of or related to:
- your violation of these Terms;
- your unlawful or unauthorized use of the Service;
- Your Content or your processing of third-party data;
- your violation of the rights of another person or entity.
18. Suspension and Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time and may terminate your account in accordance with the applicable cancellation procedures.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if we reasonably believe that you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent or abusive conduct, created a security risk, failed to pay applicable fees, or if suspension or termination is otherwise necessary to comply with applicable law.
Where reasonably practicable, we will provide notice before suspension or termination, except where immediate action is necessary to protect the Service, other users, or our legal rights.
Upon termination, your right to access and use the Service will end. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect, including provisions relating to intellectual property, confidentiality, disclaimers, limitations of liability, and dispute-related matters.
19. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes to the Service, our business practices, legal requirements, or security standards.
The updated version will be published on this page with a revised “Last updated” date. Where required by applicable law, we will provide additional notice of material changes.
Your continued use of the Service after the effective date of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
20. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws applicable to the relationship between you and TrueFlow, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where mandatory provisions of applicable law provide otherwise.
Before initiating formal legal proceedings, the parties agree to make reasonable efforts to resolve any dispute arising from or relating to the Service or these Terms through good-faith communication.
Nothing in this section limits any mandatory rights or remedies available to consumers or other users under applicable law.
21. Miscellaneous
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
Our failure to enforce any provision of these Terms does not constitute a waiver of our right to enforce that provision in the future.
You may not assign or transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms without our prior written consent, except where such restriction is prohibited by applicable law.
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any applicable subscription or service terms presented to you at the time of purchase, constitute the agreement between you and TrueFlow regarding your use of the Service.
